Trekking and SUP on Rach Tram River, North Island

Itinerary 

8:00 AM: Hotel Pickup for Scenic Drive to Phu Quoc National Forest.

8:45 AM: Join Stretching Exercises to Prepare for Jungle Trekking.

9:00 AM: Embark on 3km Trek through the Lush Mangrove Ecosystem of Phu Quoc.

10:20 AM: Arrive at Rach Tram River's Edge and Gear Up for Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP).

10:30 AM: Conquer Rach Tram River with Thrilling SUP Excursion Covering Over 4km.

11:30 AM: Explore Ham Rong (Mouth of Rach Tram River) by Canoe, Witnessing Vibrant Starfish.

12:30 PM: Enjoy Beachside Lunch and Relaxation Session.

14:30 - 15:45 PM: Guests Can Swim and Enjoy Beachside Entertainment.

15:45 PM: Depart for Rach Vem Fishing Village via Canoe.

16:00 PM: Return Journey to Hotels by Bus.

- Show respect for Phu Quoc National Forest by refraining from littering or smoking within its boundaries. We responsibly collect and dispose of waste.

- Please uphold environmental integrity by avoiding any actions that may harm trees or disrupt nature, in accordance with legal regulations.

- Freshwater will be available for bathing upon arrival at Ham Rong. We encourage limiting the use of personal care products to minimize environmental impact.
