We will pick you up from your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City and take you on a one and a half-hour bus ride to Cu Chi. Before exploring the tunnels, you will watch an introductory video on their construction and how Vietnamese people survived during wartime. You will then have the opportunity to explore the remaining areas and tunnel systems, which includes living areas, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers. Hidden trap doors and dangerous traps were also designed for security purposes during the war. After your exploration, you will be served special tea and cassava, a staple food for guerrilla fighters during the war, before enjoying lunch at a local restaurant. Next, we will continue on to My Tho City, where you will take a boat trip on the Tien River and see the natural beauty of four beautiful islands along the riverside. You will cruise through small canals by sampan, and take a short cycling trip around the village, providing you with an unforgettable experience during your Mekong Delta tour. You will visit a coconut candy workshop and enjoy seasonal fruits and honey tea. You will also have the opportunity to listen to Southern Vietnamese folk music, performed by local people. Finally, we will return to Ho Chi Minh City, concluding the trip.
